Alert Level 3 (28th April 2020)

We re-opened our factory doors on Tuesday the 28th April as the country moved into Alert Level 3, which means the production of bespoke rugs and carpet has been back in place and running.

To keep our staff safe, we’ve adapted all the necessary health and safety procedures, and our physical distancing and strict hygiene are in place.

Unfortunately, the showroom still remains closed until further notice. We are, however, available to assist you online or via the phone and will do our best to maintain high levels of service to cover your requirements during these challenging times. The lead time for all the custom-made rugs, given the circumstances, is at this stage 10 - 12 weeks. 

Strategy

Everyone’s hurting right now, and no one has the answer as to when this crisis will be over. Although our hearts are breaking for those that are struggling or the businesses that have already closed, we are trying to stay positive and believe we can overcome this. We would not be able to do it without your support - and for that, we thank you.

Our ongoing strategy is to deliver the best quality rugs and carpet to you and your customers. We rely on the support of our local community to avoid big busier chains shop locally, buying NZ made products. For us as well as many others, it is the only way to stay afloat and defeat the impact of the coronavirus outbreak.
