Organic Fields, totally unique to CRONZ, is created using 66 nylon yarn. John, owner of CRONZ, has developed a CNC programme to create loop stitches at varying heights. On rug completion, the product is tip shorn, shaving the higher loops to cut pile areas, creating a unique duo. The name Organic Fields depicts the organic nature of the random pattern that emerges in the final stages of production.
66 nylon is manufactured in the USA and is the finest nylon yarn available for carpet and rug manufacturing. It is more resistant to crushing and matting, heat friction and stain penetration than any previously available nylons. A 100% nylon product is also a good choice for people suffering from allergies. As the nylon is hank-dyed, we have the ability to manufacture small areas in custom colours. You can choose your favourite colour here as we are not restricted to standard colours. In addition, the high lustre of the yarn fashions the dewiest, super glam finish and is a perfect choice for areas in your home looking for opulence and sheen. Organic Fields is recommended as loose lay rugs or wall-to-wall carpet where sheen and low level texture are desired.
For a more natural finish, this style can be made in 100% singles wool.
